If left to wither (fully-oxidize), the tea leaves
turn black. If immediately steamed, they remain
green. Oolong teas range in between the two (partially-oxidized).
The majority of tea bags utilize leftover tea dust
or fannings. Numi is unique in its commitment to
using whole leaf teas without the addition of oils
or flavourings.
