Q. How
do I store my coffee at home?
A.
Store coffee (bean or ground) in an airtight
container (glass or porcelain) at room temperature, away
from direct sunlight.
Q. Is
the refrigerator
a good storage place for coffee?
A.
No. Avoid storing coffee in the refrigerator as it
is not cold enough to do much good and is invariably full
of strongly scented foods.
Coffee is porous, thus taking on aromas of nearby
foods or anything with a pronounced aroma.
