Specifically designed to train and educate Specialty Coffee Retailers.

All attendees will be trained in our state of the art training facility in Concord. Our facility is furnished with audiovisual equipment and all necessary aids for the attainment of both theoretical and practical knowledge.

The program is divided into 6 sections, which usually runs all day. The 6 sections include:
